Employee Retention and Learning Program
1: Two books were designed, one for the manager and one for the employee to aid in conversations about career planning. Icons were designed for navigation and photography from BR's advertising campaigns was used to stay on brand.
2: A Commitment Book was designed to set the overall vision of the campaign using rich photography on the inside and textured touché paper for a suede finish on the cover. This program would lead to a larger effort by the Gap Inc. corporate headquarters based on the same campaign.
